Application for Adoption

Please read and accept the conditions for adoption before filling in the form:

  1. Before the adoption, we visit the adopter or the adopter can come to the shelter if he/she prefers.
  2. We deliver the animal vaccinated, dewormed internally and externally, with analysis of Mediterranean diseases and neutered (we fight for population control).
  3. Half of the living, residence, veterinary and transport costs of 180€ will be paid by the adopter. We do not work with shipping companies, only with solidarity transports.
  4. The adopter must sign a contract and will be given the adopted animal's registration certificate.
  5. We will carry out a monitoring of the animal during the first month to supervise its adaptation, after this trial month we will proceed to the change of owner and to the delivery of a copy of the receipt for the census of the animal in its city of residence.

Pre-adoption questionnaire

The aim of this questionnaire is to find the optimal dog-lover combination, so that both will be happy after adoption.
